    EBOX V3 72RS Electric Off-Road Bike – Quick Overview

Best for: advanced riders wanting maximum V3 performance.

Motor: 72V EBX PMSM motor with 5.4kW rated power and 6.3kW peak power.

    Top speed: up to 55mph.

Battery: 72V 25Ah smart BMS battery.

Our view: the most powerful and advanced EBOX V3 model — serious 72V performance in a compact off-road chassis.

    Considering the EBOX V3 72RS?

The EBOX V3 72RS is the flagship model in the V3 range, but many riders compare it against the V3 60R before deciding whether the extra investment is worthwhile.

Both bikes share the same compact V3 chassis, 14”/12” wheel setup and 650mm seat height. The biggest difference is the 72V powertrain, stronger acceleration and flagship-level performance of the 72RS.

The V3 60R remains the sweet spot for many riders, while the V3 72RS sits at the very top of the EBOX range for riders chasing maximum performance.

We've created dedicated comparison guides to help you choose the right EBOX V3.

The EBOX V3 72RS is the flagship model in the V3 electric off-road bike range. It combines a 72V EBX powertrain, 80A Fardriver controller, 72V 25Ah smart battery and full suspension chassis to deliver serious electric dirt bike performance.

Built for confident and advanced riders, the V3 72RS offers high speed, strong acceleration and real off-road capability while staying more compact and manageable than larger full-size e-moto platforms.

In stock now with fast UK delivery from Garland Powersports.

My Take as a British MX Rider

The V3 72RS is where the V3 range becomes seriously fast.

Compared with the V3 60 and 60R, the 72RS gives a much more aggressive hit, stronger top-end performance and a more advanced overall feel.

It is not trying to be a full-size motocross bike, but for riders wanting serious electric performance in a compact package, it makes a lot of sense.

For confident riders wanting maximum V3 performance, this is the model at the top of the range.

Why Choose the EBOX V3 72RS?

    Flagship V3 Model

The most powerful and advanced electric off-road bike in the V3 range.

    72V EBX Powertrain

High-voltage 72V system with 5.4kW rated power and 6.3kW peak output.

    Serious Off-Road Chassis

Wide V3 double cradle frame, 150mm suspension travel and 180mm hydraulic brakes.

    Compact Sur-Ron Alternative

Strong performance in a smaller, more manageable package than larger full-size e-moto bikes.

Where Does the V3 72RS Fit in the EBOX Range?

    Model Position Best For
V3 60 Entry V3 model First proper electric dirt bike
V3 60R Performance 60V model Best balance of power and control
    V3 72RS Flagship 72V model Maximum V3 performance

The EBX Powertrain — Next Level Performance

The V3 72RS runs the latest 72V EBX PMSM motor with encoder and temperature feedback, paired with an 80A Fardriver controller for strong, responsive power delivery.

    Performance Highlights

    • 72V EBX PMSM motor with encoder and temperature feedback
    • 5.4kW rated power
    • 6.3kW peak power / 8.5hp
    • 80A Fardriver controller
    • Up to 55mph top speed
    • 9,000 max RPM
    • TFT display with ride modes and diagnostics

Advanced PMSM motor technology with encoder and temperature feedback delivers smooth, efficient and highly responsive power across the full rev range.

    72V Smart Battery System

    Battery Range Charge Time Charger
    72V 25Ah smart BMS battery 28–31 miles 4–5 hours 84V 6A output

The steel-cased battery, QS8 connector and air breaker switch add durability and safety to the system.

    Built to Handle the Power

The V3 72RS uses the wide V3 double cradle chassis, designed specifically for higher power and larger battery systems.

    Off-Road Chassis Setup

    • Frame: V3 double cradle, 190mm wide
    • Forks: 150mm travel USD front suspension
    • Rear suspension: progressive mono shock, 150mm travel
    • Wheels: 14” front / 12” rear
    • Brakes: 180mm hydraulic e-moto brakes front and rear
    • Seat height: 650mm
    • Weight: 51.2kg

The result is a bike that stays stable at speed while still feeling compact, agile and aggressive off-road.

How Does It Compare to Sur-Ron or Talaria?

The EBOX V3 72RS is not trying to be a full-size electric motocross bike. Instead, it gives riders serious 72V performance in a more compact and manageable package.

Compared with larger Sur-Ron or Talaria-style bikes, the 72RS is a strong-value option for riders who want high performance without the size, weight and higher price point of a full e-moto platform.

For many riders stepping up from smaller electric dirt bikes, the EBOX V3 72RS offers one of the strongest balances of power, usability and value.

Who Is the EBOX V3 72RS For?

Best for Confident and Advanced Riders

The EBOX V3 72RS is designed for confident riders who want maximum performance without jumping to a larger, heavier electric motocross bike.

It is the ideal step up from bikes like the EBOX V2, EBOX V3 60 and EBOX V3 60R, offering significantly more power, speed and capability while keeping a compact and controllable feel.

With 6.3kW peak power and speeds up to 55mph, this is a serious machine that requires proper riding ability and respect.

Not suitable for public roads. Always wear appropriate protective gear.

  • Delivery & Returns

    Delivery Options

EBOX bikes are dispatched from UK stock using specialist courier services. Customers can choose either boxed delivery or our professionally assembled Build & PDI service, which must be selected at checkout.

    Typical delivery times:

    • Boxed Delivery: 1–2 working days
    • Standard Build & PDI: 3–5 working days
    • Express Build & PDI: 2–3 working days

Boxed delivery: The bike will arrive in a crate and will require final assembly. Under the official EBOX/Stomp Distribution manufacturer warranty terms, all boxed EBOX bikes must be assembled and undergo a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) by a qualified motorcycle mechanic before being ridden.

The PDI must cover the complete bike, including all factory-fitted parts, brakes, calipers, wheels, controls, suspension and safety-critical fasteners. Customers must retain evidence of the professional assembly and completed PDI, as this will be required for an EBOX manufacturer warranty claim. The PDI must also be registered with Stomp Distribution.

Build & PDI delivery: If selected at checkout, Garland Powersports will professionally assemble and PDI check the bike before delivery. Following transportation, the customer must still inspect the bike before its first ride to check for transit damage, loose components or anything requiring adjustment.

The bike must not be ridden until it has been fully inspected and confirmed safe. It should also be checked before every ride and serviced after its initial running-in period.

    EBOX Manufacturer Warranty

EBOX provides a six-month parts-only manufacturer warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects in the battery, motor, controller and other covered components.

The EBOX manufacturer warranty does not cover incorrect assembly, failure to complete the required PDI, crash damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorised modifications, water damage or normal wear and tear.

If a fault or safety concern appears, stop using the bike immediately and contact Garland Powersports. Photographs, videos, proof of purchase, the bike’s chassis number and PDI evidence may be required. Where necessary, the bike may need to be inspected before the cause and appropriate resolution can be confirmed.

These are EBOX/Stomp Distribution manufacturer warranty requirements. Full EBOX terms are available at:

Revvi full-face helmet sizes

How to measure

Measure around the widest part of the rider's head. The tape should pass above the eyebrows and ears and around the fullest part at the back of the head.

SizeHead circumference
XS, Extra Small48 to 50cm
S, Small51 to 54cm
M, Medium55 to 58cm
L, Large59 to 61cm

Always choose by the rider's actual head measurement, not by age. Head shape can also affect how a helmet fits.

Between sizes? Do not automatically choose a larger helmet for growing room. A helmet must fit securely now. If the rider falls between sizes, check the fit carefully before use.

Amped AMP-1 helmet sizes

How to measure

Measure around the widest part of the rider's head. The tape should pass above the eyebrows and ears and around the fullest part at the back of the head.

SizeHead circumference
M, Medium54 to 58cm
L, Large58 to 62cm

Always choose by the rider's actual head measurement, not by age. Head shape can also affect how a helmet fits.

Measuring exactly 58cm? That falls in both sizes. Fit varies with head shape, so check the measurement and that the helmet sits securely before use. Do not choose a loose helmet to allow growing room.

Revvi riding jersey sizes

Choosing a size

The Revvi Kids Riding Jersey comes in dedicated sizes for younger children and growing youth riders. Select the size before adding it to your basket.

Age 4About 4 years
Age 5About 5 years
YS, Youth SmallAges 6 to 7
YM, Youth MediumAges 8 to 9
YL, Youth LargeAges 10 to 11

Ages are a guide only. Consider the child's height, build and preferred fit too.

Between sizes? If the rider is between sizes, still growing or likely to wear a base layer underneath, the larger size may be more comfortable.

Kids riding jersey sizes

How to measure

Compare these with a jersey or long-sleeve top that already fits the rider well. Chest width is measured across the front with the jersey laid flat, so it is half the full chest.

SizeAge guideHalf chestLength

YS, Youth SmallAges 7 to 941cm59cm
YM, Youth MediumAges 9 to 1145cm63cm
YL, Youth LargeAges 11 to 1449cm67cm

Ages are a guide only. The chest width and body length are the best way to choose.

Riding glove sizes

How to measure

Palm: straight across the widest part of the palm, not including the thumb.
Length: from the base of the wrist to the tip of the longest finger.

SizeAge guidePalm widthHand length
2 to 3Ages 2 to 36.5cm11.5cm
4 to 5Ages 4 to 57cm12cm
6 to 7Ages 6 to 77.5cm12.5cm
YS, Youth SmallYouth Small8cm13.5cm
YM, Youth MediumYouth Medium8.5cm14cm

Use the measurements rather than age alone. Hand shapes vary, so check both wherever possible. Once fitted, make sure the rider can comfortably use the throttle, brakes and every handlebar control.

Between sizes? The larger size usually gives a more comfortable fit and a little growing room, but the glove must not get in the way of safe control of the bike.
